Larkmont’s founders have held senior roles both “client side” and in large consultancy/outsourcing firms. This gives us a unique and valuable understanding of the challenges our clients face and the operational requirements they encounter.  We take account of the business objectives coupled with the desire to be fair to the customer, and work with our clients to achieve simple and effective solutions to potentially complex challenges.

History

Larkmont was borne out of a desire and passion to provide value and benefit to clients. In previous roles the founder members engaged professional service/outsourcing firms and provided professional services to firms, so we understand the need to deliver practical solutions. We recognise firms own the responsibility to deliver to their customers, shareholders and regulators, so our solutions are designed to be embedded within the firm, providing a long term platform for future success.

Executive Director & CEO

Caroline has previously worked in global financial services companies and a top 4 consulting firm, working across predominantly financial services and to a lesser degree energy and telecoms. She has delivered a variety of complex projects which have resulted in the successful design and delivery of new products, sales processes, remediation, complaints improvement and all aspects of conduct risk and strategy.

Matthew Handfield

Executive Director

Matthew is our quality and policy expert. He has previously worked in global financial services companies and a top 4 consulting firm, working extensively across all aspects of financial services. He has a broad base of understanding of root cause, prevention and resolution. He has worked on a variety of large scale projects, consolidating all relevant information to successfully convert regulatory rules, activity and enforcement requirements into operational and commercial environments.

Ben Goodman

Executive Director

Ben is responsible for client engagement at Larkmont. He has previously worked at large outsourcers and boutique managed service suppliers across a range of sectors, supporting clients through a range of operational challenges which have varied from localised challenges to industry-wide issues. Ben engages at an early stage with clients in complex, high pressure situations where he finds solutions to achieve their business objectives.
